2. Role of TCF Tickets
TCF Tickets operates solely as a ticketing platform and payment facilitator. We act as an agent on behalf of Event Organizers to process ticket purchases. TCF Tickets:
- Does not organize, plan, or operate events.
- Is not responsible for the content, programming, or quality of any event.
- Does not guarantee that any event will take place as scheduled, as these decisions rest solely with the Event Organizer.

For questions about the event itself — including schedules, performers, programming, and venue details — please contact the Event Organizer directly.
3. Ticket Purchase Agreement
By completing a ticket purchase through TCF Tickets, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as any additional rules or policies set by the Event Organizer. All ticket purchases are processed by TCF Tickets on behalf of the Event Organizer.
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Event Organizer.
4. Refund Policy
4a. TCF Tickets' Role in Refunds
TCF Tickets processes refund requests in accordance with the refund policy established by the Event Organizer. TCF Tickets does not independently set refund eligibility — all refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer.
4b. General Refund Guidelines (Set by Event Organizer)
Unless the Event Organizer specifies otherwise:
- All ticket sales are final once purchased.
- Refund requests made within 7 days of the scheduled event date will not be accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to: scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, failure to attend, travel delays, or weather conditions.
- Refund requests made more than 7 days prior to the event may be considered at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer but are not guaranteed.
TCF Tickets will facilitate approved refunds to the original payment method. Processing time may vary.
5. Event Changes or Cancellation
5a. Event Organizer Responsibilities
The Event Organizer reserves the right to:
- Modify event schedules, speakers, performers, or programming.
- Change the venue within a reasonable distance.
- Adjust event timing.
5b. Full Event Cancellation

TCF Tickets is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, including travel, accommodation, or other costs associated with event cancellation or changes.
